Across the North of England, we buy stand alone property which we fully renovate and modernise then insert a housing provider on a 10 or 15 year guaranteed fully managed lease offering high rental yields of up to 10% per annum where you can buy the property from us with the housing provider already operating in the property.

We also convert commercial buildings into well-presented, super-modern apartments in various localities close to the Town Centre for these people in need.

All apartments are subject to a 125-250-year lease with a 25- year management agreement via Yale Housing Association, which provides assisted living care.

This means the Government will provide you guaranteed tenants (and thus income!)

Property purchase price ranges from £130,000 to £300,000 on a yield based valuation.

The way we operate with the apartment blocks is to sell individual units to our clients with the view to buying them back at a minimum of a 30% uplift in the purchase price within 3 years.

We do this as we sell the entire block to pension funds and this allows our clients to then reinvest into the next block and so on constantly receiving 10% rental yields and 30% uplifts in purchase prices.
