CEO & DIRECTOR
Christian is the driving force behind The Unique Property Group. With 30 years of global experience, Christian has overseen £1 billion in real estate transactions.
His expertise in finance, contract negotiation, and relationship-building has made him a respected figure in the industry. Under Christian’s guidance, we have exciting new projects underway, with over 10,000 units becoming available soon.

KATIE

Katie brings 25 years of experience to the table. Throughout her extensive career, she has navigated the ever-evolving landscape of property with precision and insight, fostering a deep understanding of the industry.
When Katie is not immersed in property pursuits, you’ll find her embracing the simple joys of life. Her personal haven includes two delightful Springer Spaniels, who accompany her on countless walks. These moments of tranquillity provide the perfect balance to the dynamic world of property acquisitions.
GEORGE
PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS PARTNER
Meet George, a seasoned professional with diverse experience from Systems Test Engineer. Over the past 15 years, he has immersed himself in the UK property landscape, specialising in identifying untapped potential and creating added value.
As Acquisitions Partner he likes to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives by harmonising financial prosperity with impactful change. Our commitment extends to supporting Assisted Living with tailored solutions for investment, growth and profitability.
DANI
OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
Danielle brings with her 8 years of property experience and a deep understanding to her role as Operations and Compliance Director at Unique which is a key role to the investment process.
Outside of work, Danielle is a family oriented individual, spending time with her two children, partner and two dogs. She also has an accurate eye for detail seen in her dart marathons, she hits the bullseye in compliance and at the oche.
SAM
HEAD INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Sam’s career within the property industry has spanned 15 years and he has worked with both independent and large corporate firms, as well as running his own business, growing it from a standing start to achieving a turnover of £10 million+ per annum. He is thrilled to be able to utilise his experience in order to add value and guidance to both the investment advisory team here at Unique, along with to any potential investors.
Sam is a Crystal Palace fan and spends his downtime watching the games, being a keen gym goer & cook, often hosting dinner parties for friends.
EVE
HEAD OF SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING
Eve has a vast amount of experience working closely with some large organisations and individuals.
She has a passion for content & community, in her role she supports our owner and CEO, in our marketing with all of our products but also creating in house content around the values of our products, how they help people and how we add value.
In her personal life, Eve spends weekends travelling to Bristol and London to visit family, and squeezing in as many holidays and festivals with her friends as she can throughout the year.
CONNOR
Head of Production
Connor is an Innovative Videographer with over 4 years of experience in all aspects of video production.
He is self-taught with a load of project experience coming from a freelance basis, worked on short term contracts for predominantly music videos, weddings, corporate & commercial promotions, charity fundraising ads and various social media content. He has expertise in fun cinematic social media content and camera operating.
In his spare time he teaches street-dance professionally and plays local football.
EM
SOCIAL MEDIA & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE
Em adds value to the investment division, bringing with her 3 years of Admin & Compliance expertise. She has strong relationships with all of our clients, being the main point of contact for compliance making the process as smooth as possible. Compliance is a priority and a valuable role.
Em spends time outside of work supporting her partner in his football career, going on runs and travels the country to different music events with friends regularly.
EMMA
PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS ASSISTANT
Emma is the Property Acquisitions Assistant, she has been in property for 3 years, previously working for an estate agent assisting both sales and lettings teams, so she has key knowledge of the property world. She will be supporting our Property Acquisitions Director and also helping our landlords achieve their property goals.
Emma, loves to spend as much time as possible with her close friends and exploring new countries and learning about their cultures.
SEB

Seb balances his time skilfully between studying Real Estate at Reading University and supporting the property acquisitions team.
When Seb has free time he enjoys playing sports and developing his culinary skills.
SAMANTHA
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Sam has an extensive background within the hospitality industry and is now the Executive Assistant to the directors here at Unique. She brings positivity and enthusiasm and thrives on learning new things and accepting new tasks and challenges.
Sam has a very busy personal life filled with time spent taking her three boys to countless football games, walking and training her puppy and catching up with close friends.

With a wealth of experience spanning seven years at UPG, Kelly’s core responsibility involves delivering comprehensive information about our services and cutting-edge products to potential investors. Guiding them through all aspects of the business, she takes pride in tailoring investment strategies that perfectly suit their individual goals and preferences.
Outside of the office, Kelly finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends and long walks with her Frenchie, Luna.

Mae is driven by a passion for ethical business practices and fostering lasting client relationships founded on trust. With over a decade of experience working with enterprise clients, she takes pride in delivering transparent communication and personalised support to meet the unique needs of each client.
Mae is a lover of indulging her weekends in creative activities like painting, cooking, trying new foods and wine tasting with family and friends.
VINNIE
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Vinnie has been involved in property for over a decade.
He has been working with Unique for around 5 years now and is very passionate about property and the value we are adding for our investors and for the people in the community we are helping support with our housing products.
Vinnie has an amazing fiancée and two beautiful daughters who keep him motivated to keep working hard every day.

Carlie has been with Unique for a year and a half and built great relationships with her investors who continue to reinvest.
Meeting new investors is a highlight of her role and she is very passionate about her role and providing support for all of her investors.
In her spare time, you will find Carlie working at the homeless shelter, with her close friends or walking her two dogs, Frankie and Teddy!

Alun Graham is an experienced investment consultant with 29 years of expertise in estate agency. Throughout his career, he has successfully established and managed numerous estate agencies from the ground up, as well as led large teams for corporate agencies. In his leisure time, Alun enjoys staying active by going to the gym and spending quality time outdoors with his wife, two daughters, and their Jack Russell.
TOBY
EXECUTIVE ADVISOR
Toby has been with the company for 4 years and has shown his passion for growing investment portfolios in that period. He is excited to utilise that experience to help guide you through our numerous investment opportunities.
Living in Bristol, Toby commutes to the office daily, the weekends allow him time to unwind with his love of cooking, explore Bristol and watch his beloved Liverpool.

Meet Daniel, one of the personal Investment Advisors here at Unique and has former experience in estate agency, setting company records and instructing 791 properties in 2022 and 2023 alone. As well as investing personally, he is well versed to help you grow your portfolio through our hands off investments, with fixed returns, in an attempt to work towards your financial goals!
Football supporter Daniel is often travelling the country supporting his team with friends, alongside devoting lots of time to his other passion as an amateur boxer.

Lauren brings 5 years of advisory experience as an Account Manager. She is passionate about helping clients start their investment journey in a modern and ethical way.
Lauren has recently bought her first home and loves to spend time exploring the local countryside with her friends and travelling Europe during the summer months.

Outside of work Ethan loves travelling, watching football alongside this he plays Semi professional football with the ambition of going higher.

Jake enjoys sporting activities including basketball and golf when he is outside of work, as well as spending time with his closest friends.
