At Unique Apartments UK Ltd, we have contracts secured with all parties including:

  • Assisted Living Provider
  • Landlord
  • JV Agreement Between Unique
  • Fully protected rental income structured in an SPV outside of main company

Each of the landlord and assisted living providers are liable for the full term of
each contract (minimum 3 years), so you would have to pay the full amount owed.

With Unique Apartments UK Ltd, JV Agreement states if anything should
happen, then the ACCA Accountants take over all contracts and continue
investor payments.

Yes, each investment is an amount between £13,000 and £21,500 with respective monthly payments of £577 or £955 to the investor. Multiple investments are calculated on a multiple of what is invested and the associated monthly payout. Investors can order as many as they want – subject to availability.

The Investor has a JV Agreement with Unique Apartments UK Ltd which has all the processes secured.

Usually, it’s a 4-8 week process, subject to availability. This includes a 4-week refurbishment.

The investment goes towards the following:

Our budgeted refurbishment that can include kitchen/kitchenettes and en-suite facilities along with full furnishings when required. Plus, administration and set up costs.

Payment dates vary on each building in alignment to the contract start date for the housing provider. However, you will be notified of your first payment date prior to investing, but typically, payments are made between the 28th of one month and the 5th of the next month.
